  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we have a product defect or an error.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined in Section 3. Depending on the reason for the return, we will process the return as follows:
