Complete the RMA form our Customer Service team provided and include it in the return package.
Safely package the product, ensuring it is well-protected to prevent any damage during transit.
Clearly label the package with the RMA number our Customer Service team provided.
Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we have a product defect or an error.
5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined in Section 3. Depending on the reason for the return, we will process the return as follows:
Defective or damaged product: We will offer a replacement or a refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
Wrong product was received: We will be sure to provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Non-defective returns: After inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only, excluding any shipping fees.
